Chief Executive Officer
Julián F. Barela was hired by the MVCHS Board of Directors on April 9, 2012. Mr. Barela is responsible for the overall operations and management of MVCHS. Mr. Barela has 9 years of government experience, specifically in the areas of management and finance. In addition to his experience in government, Mr. Barela also has experience as a Business Professor. Mr. Barela is also a licensed New Mexico Qualifying Broker.
Mr. Barela is a native of Mora and is a graduate of Mora High School. Mr. Barela has a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree in Finance from New Mexico Highlands University, a Master of Business Administration Degree from New Mexico Highlands University, a Master of Arts Degree in Educational Leadership from New Mexico Highlands University and a Doctor of Business Administration Degree from Argosy University - Denver.
