MVCHS provides a full array of mental and behavioral health services by a licensed clinical mental health counselor. Via the delivery of behavioral health services, MVCHS aims to:

Integrated Behavioral Health Care is a term used to describe the team of behavioral health specialists and primary care providers who work together with patients and families, using a systemic approach to providing patient-centered care.
This care may address mental health, substance abuse and the impact on chronic physical health; life stressors and crisis related issues, as related to physical symptoms.
Life stressors may include loss of loved ones and/or job, poor health, milestones and life changes, excessive worry, issues of aging, problems with relationships, feeling hopeless and/or helpless, and overall feelings of being overwhelmed.
MVCHS' goal is to promote well-being and increase the overall quality of life, using sound therapeutic interventions to better understand personal goals; develop new skills and overcome problems.
This health center receives HHS funding and has Federal Public Health Service (PHS) deemed status with respect to certain health or health-related claims, including medical malpractice claims, for itself and its covered individuals.
