Adult Day Services at Caridad de San Antonio
Adult Day Services is a community-based group program designed to meet the needs of functionally, physically or mentally impaired adults through an individual Plan of Care. It is a structured comprehensive program that provides a variety of health, social and other related support services in a protective setting during the day.
Services to eligible adults may include:
- Adult Day Services
- Personal Care Opinion
- Supervision
- Increased social opportunities
- Assistance with personal care or other daily living activities
Referrals to Adult Day Services are provided by Adult Protective Services. The goal of APS is to prevent abuse, neglect, and/or exploitation through community based interventions or referrals.
